Expectations:
- Extensive experience working in the software development industry,
- At least 3 years of experience in IT project sales support including direct work with customers in the telecommunications or financial industry
- Knowledge of operation of sales and customer support in telecommunication and financial companies,
- Knowledge of the map of solutions and products used in the telecommunications or financial sectors,
- Knowledge of solutions to support the Marketing, Sales, Customer Support and Retention processes,
- Knowledge of BPM, EAI / SOA, Portal Web 2.0 technology,
- Experience in preparing and presenting IT solutions for the customer,
- Experience in working with corporate customers,
- Ability to collect requirements for IT projects, analytical thinking skills,
- IT project scheduling skills,
- IT solution concept development and documenting skills,
- Knowledge of IT project management techniques and tools,
- Communication skills, interpersonal skills,
- Independence in action, decision-making skills,
- Good knowledge of English.
Welcome:

Scope of duties:
- Analysis of customer needs and consulting in the selection of IT solutions for business,
- Participation in the sales process,
- Making sure a high level of competence is maintained throughout the solutions offered by the company,
- Market analysis in strategic areas (conferences)
- Overseeing the process of IT project valuation,
- Conducting business and functional analyses for clients,
- Developing solution proposals for the Customer,
- Presenting offers and solutions.
