The Software Mind eCare solution allows for self-service of activation/ deactivation of telecommunications services delivered by Snap TV Client, including, in particular, such services as television channels and packages, VOD and storage for the Web channel recording. The implemented solution allows the customer to choose services individually and pay for selected products. In the next stage of the project, the next Software Mind eCare module supporting complaints handling and billing system will be implemented.
